I was the CBO for this non-profit Served as the leading legal, business, and financial officer for this leading narcotic addiction treatment facility that reinvests in the City and some of its most at-risk populations, and provides government funded innovative treatment to those in current addiction and those in lifelong recovery. 200+ Employees, 400+ Patients. Led company from insolvency to producing a 10% margin on over $20MM in revenue. Navigated company through administrative/ licensing/enforcement actions for 10+ professions/industries. March 2013 to 2021.
- Vice President/General Counsel JPB Enterprises, Inc./JPB Partners, LLC Chief Legal Officer to this boutique private equity fund/real estate developer; work on appeals mergers & acquisitions, contract negotiations, financial transactions, comprehensive control and performance of civil and administrative litigation, corporate governance, deal structure and government contracts.
