Clifford “Chip” Clapp is an experienced litigation attorney who represents individuals and businesses in real estate disputes, construction litigation, business litigation, tort claims, and contract matters. Licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, Mr. Clapp regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout the region and provides clients with strategic, practical guidance during complex legal disputes.

Mr. Clapp has represented clients in matters requiring careful preparation, discretion, and sound judgment. His experience includes high-stakes personal litigation involving sensitive circumstances in which privacy and tact are essential. Mr. Clapp is also committed to public service. In 2020, he was a co-recipient of the Virginia State Bar's Lewis F. Powell Pro Bono Award for his volunteer work organizing statewide pop-up legal clinics and teaching a continuing legal education course that prepared other attorneys to assist at those clinics.
