With over two decades of distinguished experience, Joseph Nah is a seasoned civil litigator and strategic legal advisor whose practice spans high-stakes litigation, complex real estate and title disputes, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. A former Assistant Vice President and in-house counsel for one of the nation's largest title insurance conglomerates, Joseph brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge in real estate litigation, risk mitigation, and post-judgment enforcement.
Throughout his career, Joseph has successfully secured multimillion-dollar judgments and settlements in both state and federal courts, handled appeals, and defended clients in complex fraud, negligence, and subrogation matters. His unique blend of in-house and private practice experience equips him with the agility to represent a diverse client base—from Fortune 500 companies to individuals—in real estate, commercial, regulatory, and cross-border matters.
Prior to joining our firm, Joseph served as in-house counsel for Fidelity National Title Group companies, managing litigation across Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. His legal acumen also extends to his tenure as a partner at The Metropolitan Law Group, where he litigated business torts, contract disputes, and FCPA-related claims, and as corporate counsel at major institutions like US Airways and CARFAX, where he negotiated complex international and IP-related agreements.
Joseph earned his J.D. cum laude from American University, where he served on Law Review, and his B.S. in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia. He began his legal career clerking for the Honorable Barry R. Poretz in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (Alexandria Division).
