Fox & Moghul helped me resolve a utility company easement request. I’d initially tried to handle it on my own but eventually realized I was in way over my head. From the initial consultation with Terry Fox, I felt comfortable their firm was the right choice. Terry provided explanations in layman’s terms, answered the list of questions I’d prepared, and was very clear what he could help with and how.
We had a couple meetings by phone and everything else was communicated via email and I was regularly updated. I was promptly notified when there was a conflict and quickly rescheduled. Terry Fox was very helpful in identifying the positive and negative aspects of the contract as well as in making additional suggestions for added protection. I feel much more comfortable signing the contract knowing that a professional with significant experience reviewed it for us first!

Unfortunately, despite being regulated real estate has a lot of unscrupulous characters. It's inevitable you discover that material facts have been left out of the deal at the very last moment, at the close.Terry Fox twice did some fast work for us and was able to arrange matters so it was clearly the other party that was at default and we were able to extract ourselves from fraudulent deals.He offers a title abstract review service and due diligence process that can be performed before you are fully locked into a contract. We intend to utilize that process before our next acquisition.

After more than 2 years of trying to work to resolution on our own, when faced with a Homeowners Association that would not enforce covenants regarding all terrain vehicles (ATVs) we called Fox and Moghul. We scheduled a consultation with Mr. Terry Fox who immediately reassured us that he was confident in resolving the situation with the neighbors and HOA. After he and his team researched the appropriate statutes he issued the offending parties a “cease and desist” letter. Previously the offenders had ignored our requests as well as direction from Deputy Sheriffs. However immediately upon receiving the detailed cease and desist letter from Mr. Fox the offenders stopped trespassing and continue to comply. Mr. Fox also sent a letter to the President of the HOA demanding that the Association meet their lawful obligation and responsibility to uphold the covenants. Had it not been for the thoroughness and follow through of this law firm we would still be faced with the liability should someone have been injured on our property. I cannot thank Mr. Fox and his associates enough for what they have done to help resolve a most difficult situation.
