Donna Zhang, Esq.
Associate Attorney
Donna (Zheng) Zhang joined the firm’s dynamic and growing practice in 2025 and supports the team in handling complex business disputes, real estate matters, and transactional work. She is committed to delivering thoughtful, client-focused solutions while continuing to develop as a legal professional.
Before joining the firm, Donna gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate with Arnold & Porter’s litigation team, where she assisted on a cross-border dispute involving a $5 million bilateral trading agreement representing a government entity in resolving claims brought by foreign investors. She later worked at a Virginia-based litigation firm where she further developed her interest and professional skills in handling complex disputes.
Donna earned her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she was awarded a full merit-based scholarship and completed a Certificate in Business Law. During law school, she actively pursued litigation-focused training opportunities, including moot court, appellate advocacy, trial practice, and journal editing. She received her B.A. in Economics and Professional Writing from the University of Maryland, College Park.
